Google’s introduction to product ratings

Search engine Google has revealed that Product Listing Ads (PLA) will now begin to feature product ratings.

A Pay Per Click management specialist from Waseem Saddique Marketing Services in Birmingham has said “implementing product ratings should help merchants to strategically drive more qualified traffic through to their Product Listing Ads.”

Advertisers who wish to add product reviews to their Product Listings Ads are required to hold at least three reviews in order to be eligible.

Reviews compiled are collected from sources which include merchants, editorial sites and genuine business users.

Product ratings on Product Listing Ads are only currently available in the United States but Google has said that they will introduce this feature in additional countries throughout 2014.
