Brand Awareness increases from Top Search Ads

Online marketing specialists from Waseem Saddique Marketing Services in Birmingham reveal the increase in brand awareness from search advertising.

Search advertising has always been focused on increasing click through rates and conversions, now it seems it’s also helping companies to raise their brand awareness.

Recent reports show that the major search engine Google and an independent specialist research company; conducted over 60 search related experiments during 2013.

The experiments were to establish how search ads affect the average online users brand awareness.
The study revealed that search ads have a positive impact on brand awareness.

When subjects were asked what was the first thing on their mind when questioned about a specific categorised keywords, Google concluded the following results:

  • 14.2 percent in the ‘test group’ named the test brand.
  • 8.2 percent in the control group also named the same brand.
